Tyron has developed an interest in treating shoulder and knee injuries where he has regular contact with specialists to gain excellent rehabilitation outcomes. Tyron has completed further training in areas of interest including; spine injury assessment and management, sporting injuries and rehabilitation, hip and knee osteoarthritis management, shoulder injuries assessment and management, hip and groin injuries and dry needling.

Since graduating from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011 Tyron’s strong interest in sporting injuries has led to him being the team Physio for Williamstown Football Club in the VFL and also consulting Physio for Baseball Victoria Development Academy. Ty has also enjoyed being involved with local footy and athletics clubs and really understands the return to sport requirements.

Tyron conducts musculoskeletal assessments for various injuries and then tailors specific programs to the individuals goals and needs which is beneficial for strengthening, conditioning and injury rehabilitation.

Carleigh is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals with the aim to improve their overall quality of life. She has a particular interest in treating women’s health conditions, spinal presentations, ankles, and acute injuries, however, has experience treating a wide range of issues across the body.
Carleigh can also perform Pre-Pointe Assessments for dancers.

Carleigh has completed further training in Clinical Pilates, dry needling, sporting injury assessment and treatment. Currently, Carleigh is working as team Physiotherapist at Williamstown Soccer Club. In the past, she has worked with local men’s and women’s Aussie Rules football clubs.

Carleigh draws on her experiences to reduce pain and then strengthen the area for a sustainable approach to therapy.

Outside of work hours, you will find Carleigh eating her way through Melbourne’s restaurants one at a time, and travelling once borders open back up! She loves going for a walk and challenging herself at the gym.

Conor Lynch
Physiotherapy

Conor enjoys managing a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries of all ages; however, he has developed a particular interest in managing hip, knee, and ankle pathologies, along with muscle and tendon sporting injuries of the lower limb. Conor is passionate about implementing best evidence practice and above all, he believes that every injury requires a clear management plan which must be tailored to achieve the goals of each individual.

Conor’s enthusiasm for sport and subsequent injuries guided him to complete a Masters of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University in 2022, and he had previously completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2020.

Most recently, Conor has worked for several years as a Level 1 Community Athletics Coach (Middle & Long-distance running) in addition to working within WRFL, VFL, and rehabilitation settings as an Exercise Scientist. This has allowed him to work with individuals from the onset of their injury up until their return to performance.

In his spare time, you’ll find Conor doing anything running-related, drinking coffee, and enjoying his time with his family and friends.

Chinmay Bhide
Physiotherapy

Chinmay has a strong interest in sport although he enjoys working with all types of patient population to make then independent and injury free. He has special interests in treating shoulder and knee injuries by using different modes of treatment including Dry needling and manual therapy.

Since completion of his Masters degree in 2016, Chinmay has a keen interest in sport which has led him to working with different Olympic as well as other sports including archery, shooting, wrestling, badminton, athletics, cricket etc.

He as an official Physiotherapist for the Indian Archery team at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. He has travelled with the Indian team across the world covering major competitions for Archer and Shooting.

Outside of work, Chinmay enjoys watching sports, spending time with friends and family, going on hikes and exploring new places.

Nikolas Nikolaidis

Nikolas enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries; however, he has a keen interest in lower limb pathologies and sporting injuries, more specifically, knee injuries. Nikolas is passionate about improving the quality of life in all the clients he encounters and empowering them with the confidence and knowledge to better manage their conditions individually, providing them an active role in their rehabilitation. Nikolas is passionate about using the best evidence available to treat injuries whilst tailoring treatment to the needs of the client and therefore, providing a clear management plan to get them back to their very best. Above all else, Nikolas ensures you are as happy and focused as possible to get the best possible outcomes with your treatment.

Nikolas completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2019 at La Trobe University before completing a Doctor of Physiotherapy in 2022 at the University of Melbourne.

Throughout his study, Nikolas received a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance through Exercise Research Australia (ERA). Nikolas utilised this learning working as an Exercise Scientist at Kieser in 2022. Nikolas also worked as an Assistant Physiotherapist for the Melbourne Victory in 2022, serving as the lead for the Under 18’s on match-day. In 2023, he was the Head Physiotherapist for the Spring Hill’s VPL Senior Women. He is currently the Head Physiotherapist for the Caroline Springs George Cross VPL1 Senior Men.

In his spare time, Nikolas loves watching sport; In particular, soccer and AFL. He also enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends.

Blessy is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist who is committed to helping her patients achieve their goals, no matter how big or small they may be. With a special interest in managing musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries, particularly neck and back pain, and lower limb injuries including both acute and chronic knee pathologies, Blessy provides targeted yet thorough care to her patients.

Blessy’s experience is extensive and diverse, having worked with a wide demographic in regional Victoria where she was involved in managing a range of conditions. Her experience has not only given her the ability to diagnose and treat injuries, but also to understand the unique needs of each patient. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University and has completed additional training in Clinical Pilates and Level 1 Dry Needling.

Currently, Blessy is working as team Physiotherapist at Williamstown Soccer Club, where she prioritizes the well-being and recovery of players by providing expert care in injury management and prevention.

Outside of work, Blessy is an active person who enjoys staying fit at the gym and indulging in her love of coffee. She also loves going on road trips with family and friends and discovering new spots for food and drinks.

Bhoomi Dalal
Physiotherapy

Bhoomi is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Prior to arriving in Australia, Bhoomi worked in private practice in India, where she gained valuable experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She has worked with a diverse range of sporting athletes, including swimmers, marathon runners, badminton, cricket, and soccer players. During this time, she developed a keen interest in the role of water in rehabilitation programs, leading her to pursue further training as an Aquatic Physiotherapist.

Driven by her love for sports and a desire to expand her knowledge and skills, Bhoomi pursued a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy at Curtin University. Her studies and practical experience provided her with a deep understanding of sports-related injuries and the specific needs of athletes. She has worked as an on-field physiotherapist for a National Premier League (NPL) soccer team, and the Australian Basketball Championship representing Queensland . Additionally, she trained and worked at the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA). Currently, Bhoomi serves as a physiotherapist for the senior women’s team at the Point Cook Soccer Club.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Bhoomi enjoys exploring new places in Melbourne, spending time with her family and friends, engaging in craftwork, playing badminton and cricket. Her strong interest in sport extends to her professional life, where she finds fulfillment in treating athletes and individuals from various patient populations, helping them achieve their goals. Bhoomi has developed expertise in treating lower limb injuries, shoulder injuries, and spinal pain cases. She takes a holistic approach to treatment by incorporating manual therapy, dry needling, and taping techniques into her practice, designing individualized home-exercise and gym programs tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

She is dedicated to going above and beyond to help her patients achieve their goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach.

Corey D’Lima
Physiotherapy

Corey’s interest in physiotherapy began during his injury-prone teenage years, when physiotherapy became a fundamental tool that allowed him to continue pursuing his sporting desires. Corey now enjoys treating a wide range of sporting injuries and musculoskeletal conditions, with a keen interest in knee and tendon-related injuries. He is committed to using the latest research to guide his treatment, but also makes certain to provide a tailored treatment plan based on each individual’s goals and interests.

During his studies at Bond University in the Doctor of Physiotherapy program, Corey worked closely with Williamstown Football Club in the VFL and the Hayden Morris Park Clinic Orthopaedics that specialises in surgery of the knee. Since graduating, he is the team physio for Caroline Springs Football Club, providing services in injury prevention, assessment and management. Corey is a firm believer in using a combination of strength training and physiotherapy techniques to enhance return to all activities – sporting or life.

Outside of work, Corey enjoys all sports, watching movies and travelling.

Sam Younghusband

Sam is a passionate physiotherapist who enjoys managing various musculoskeletal injuries, with a particular interest in spinal pain, upper limb injuries, and evidence-based exercise rehabilitation. He strives to build strong relationships with his clients and is dedicated to educating them, empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their daily lives.

Sam’s passion for working with people and his love for sports, combined with personal experience with injuries from his own sporting pursuits, led him to complete a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University. He is committed to continuously developing his skills through further training and study.

Outside of his work as a physiotherapist, you can find Sam enjoying a cup of coffee, challenging himself at the gym, or spending time at the beach.

Riley Haddad
Myotherapy

Riley is passionate about treating musculoskeletal conditions (sports related or from day-to-day life). He has a particular interest in hip and pelvis pathologies, educating the client and correcting postural imbalances that could be impacting your conditions.

Riley Graduated from RMIT with a Diploma of Remedial massage and an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy. During his time at RMIT he worked with the FITZROY STARS and SEDA.

In his free time Riley likes to exercise and stay fit but taking his dog for walks, playing sports with friends and weight training. Riley is continuing to develop as a therapist by studying Pilates and Personal Training.

Adrian Rodrigues

He develops specific rehabilitation and chronic disease training programs, sport specific training techniques, elite training sessions and specific educational programs for a huge variety of sports, coached and athletes Australia wide.

Adie is dedicated to helping as many people as possible with their health to enable them to live their best lives. Specialising in Chronis Disease management, injury, nutrition and recovery methods.

Andrew Ward
Exercise Physiologist

Andrew’s passion for fitness, health, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, comes from a life of sport, high level competition and training.

Andrew’s philosophy for coaching is “Know your athletes/client and stick to the basics”. He is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Exercise Scientist, with over 10 years of experience working in the sports, health and fitness industry.

Andrew has gained 5 years’ experience as a strength and conditioning coach working with sub-elite athletes across AFL, Soccer and Hockey in sport. Dealing with varying injuries and providing fast return to play (RTP) rehabilitation programs. This was achieved with his aggressive method relating to rehabilitation and RTP.

Andrew is also a trainer and assessor with 4 years’ experience in teaching personal trainers and allied health assistants. Andrew has progressed in his health and fitness career to a stage where he can assist new health and fitness professional coming into the industry.

His passion for education and guiding peers in the industry, has lead to him develop an educational/ mentoring program for university students starting their career in the health and fitness industry.
