Jess McGrath
Physiotherapy
Jess has recently relocated to Melbourne from Central/Wide Bay QLD where she has worked as an accredited personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and full-time physiotherapist. She has experience in private practice settings as well as out on the sporting pitch as the head physiotherapist of Football Queensland’s Wide Bay region. She enjoys treating a large variety of musculoskeletal conditions with particular interest in sporting injuries such as football, endurance sports, performance athletes and netball. She also enjoys treating cardio respiratory conditions such as Cystic Fibrosis and bronchiectasis.
Jess prides herself on educating her patients with the latest evidence, helping them understand their condition and individualising treatment plans to suit every patient and their specific needs/goals. Jess utilises a variety of treatment options such as manual therapy and exercise therapy in order to get the best results possible for her patients. Whether its on the sporting field, back in the gym, running track or just doing daily life, Jess is very passionate about having her patients return to their desired tasks better than prior to injury.
In her spare time you’ll catch her either watching/playing football (soccer) and has spent a lot of time representing her regions and state teams (QLD) throughout her sporting career. If not playing or watching football Jess is at the gym, spending time with her friends and family, finding a new spot to watch the sunset or at the beach soaking up the sun. Being new to the area she is also very eager to explore all that Melbourne has to offer.
Riley Breen
Physiotherapy
Riley enjoys working with people of all ages and rehabilitation goals. Her areas of interest include sports rehabilitation, with a particular interest for lower limb conditions after some of her own personal injuries during her teenage years. Riley is passionate about improving the quality of life for her clients and empowering them to participate in their injury management.
Riley’s love for physiotherapy came from her love of sport. Particularly, playing state hockey and seeing sport at an advanced level. This led to injuries requiring physiotherapy, and as a patient herself Riley could see how much this impacted her life and the importance of getting better.
Riley attended and graduated from both The University of Sydney and La Trobe University obtaining a Masters of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Medical Science.
Throughout her studies, Riley has worked with both AFLW and VFL teams in Sydney and Melbourne. During this, she gained critical knowledge about managing different sporting injuries, treatment options and education in order to maximise positive patient outcomes. She incorporates individualised exercise programs, taping techniques and manual therapy to tailor to client’s unique needs.
In her spare time, Riley enjoys staying active through running and gym, spending time with her friends and family and travelling/exploring new things.
Monique Kerkvliet
Physiotherapy
Monique has an interest in treating a variety of clients and musculoskeletal conditions. She has a particular interest in the rehabilitation of sporting injuries, post-operative clients and chronic conditions. She aims to provide individualised care to each client to help them to achieve their goals and improve their pain and function in the long-term. She utilises a combination of hands-on therapy, exercise and education to treat her clients. Additionally, she views Pilates as a useful treatment tool for certain clients, which can help them to regain pain-free movement and strength.
Monique completed a Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, following a Bachelor of Biomedicine with a major in human structure and function. She has experience working in AFLW and VAFA football teams, helping athletes to manage and rehabilitate their injuries in order to return them to the sport they love.
Outside of work, Monique loves to watch sport, particularly AFL, tennis and Formula 1. She is also an avid Pilates goer and loves to read in her down time.
Nikolas Nikolaidis
Physiotherapy
Nikolas enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries; however, he has a keen interest in lower limb pathologies and sporting injuries, more specifically, knee injuries. Nikolas is passionate about improving the quality of life in all the clients he encounters and empowering them with the confidence and knowledge to better manage their conditions individually, providing them an active role in their rehabilitation. Nikolas is passionate about using the best evidence available to treat injuries whilst tailoring treatment to the needs of the client and therefore, providing a clear management plan to get them back to their very best. Above all else, Nikolas ensures you are as happy and focused as possible to get the best possible outcomes with your treatment.
Nikolas completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2019 at La Trobe University before completing a Doctor of Physiotherapy in 2022 at the University of Melbourne.
Throughout his study, Nikolas received a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance through Exercise Research Australia (ERA). Nikolas utilised this learning working as an Exercise Scientist at Kieser in 2022. Nikolas also worked as an Assistant Physiotherapist for the Melbourne Victory in 2022, serving as the lead for the Under 18’s on match-day. In 2023, he was the Head Physiotherapist for the Spring Hill’s VPL Senior Women. He is currently the Head Physiotherapist for the Caroline Springs George Cross VPL1 Senior Men.
In his spare time, Nikolas loves watching sport; In particular, soccer and AFL. He also enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends.
Cosette Cuschieri
Physiotherapy
Cosette (also known in the clinic as Cosi) is a passionate physiotherapist how’s main aim is to help her patients feel and perform their best. She has a keep interest in paediatric physiotherapy, women’s health (pre-/post-partum), as well as strength and conditioning based rehabilitation for a variety of muscular and neurological injuries/conditions.
She has completed a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science and prior to being a physiotherapist she worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 7 years. Outside clinic hours she works at Keilor Park Soccer Club as the physiotherapist for the senior men’s and women’s teams. She has also completed a certificate in remedial massage.
Cosette has a firm belief in the motto that ‘Movement Is Medicine’. However, she strongly values hands on techniques to manage pain and improve function.
In her spare time she plays soccer and enjoys going on hikes or taking trips to the beach with her chocolate Labrador Poppy.
Emma Bradwell
Physiotherapy / Exercise Physiologist
Emma’s has a unique dual qualification in both Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology which provides her with additional expertise in strength and conditioning and exercise prescription on top of her hands on Physiotherapy skills. She places a high emphasis on a holistic approach to tailor the appropriate care for each client and their individual needs and has an interest in a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Emma believes not just early in injury management but empowering and educating clients allowing them to benefit from treatment long term. Emma uses a variety of treatment methods including manual therapy and exercise-based techniques and has also completed her Dry Needling certification and is qualified to deliver the GLA:D program for hip and knee arthritis.
While not working Emma enjoys a variety of sport and physical activities including cricket, cycling and walks with her Border Collie Casper.

Brady Stevens
Myotherapy
Brady graduated from RMIT as a Myotherapist in 2018. Brady has worked alongside the Western Bulldogs AFL Club for the 2017 season for his work placement as well as being selected as a practitioner for the 2018 AFL NAB rising stars draft pick.
Through his sporting pursuits, Brady cultivated a passion for how the body works and moves. It was this passion, coupled with a serious hamstring injury, that led Brady to a career as a massage therapist and soon to a career in myotherapy.
Brady is passionate about health and wellbeing and prides himself on a friendly and nurturing approach to his clients. He is thorough with a well-developed eye for detail, and he tailors each treatment to suit his client’s needs. Brady uses a range of treatment methods to achieve optimal outcomes for his clients.
While seeking to educate people about injury prevention and self-awareness. Brady believes in listening to your body to achieve optimal health.
Onorina ‘Rina’ Gherganova
Massage Therapist
Rina has a strong interest in psychology and physiology. Having a humanities background (in fact, she speaks 5 languages), it pushed her into a deeper understanding of health and well-being. She likes to work with a diverse range of people and her open mind and empathy helps her to build a good connection with her clients.
Rina has completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2022 and nowadays she’s enjoying her further learning in Myotherapy. She is specialised in neuromuscular techniques (soft tissue), deep tissue techniques, myofascial trigger points, dry needling, muscle energy techniques, cupping, joint mobilisation and very soon, in tens therapy (electric muscle stimulation/dry needling). In her free time, she loves to do research related to health: body and mind.
