Physiotherapist

What we seek:

A dynamic and highly motivated physiotherapist who can contribute to excellent client outcomes. The successful candidate should be passionate about client-centred care and setting the standard in healthcare. We are able to take on practitioners of all levels of experience with a tailored practitioner development program to support recently graduated therapists or enhance even the most experienced practitioners’ skills.

We are looking for someone who would thrive working within a multidisciplinary team. You will work within a team of physiotherapists, some of whom have worked in international and professional sport, others with research experience. To complement our physiotherapy services, our team includes sports physicians, podiatrists, dietitians, psychologists, exercise physiologists, and myotherapists.

Reception

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Representing the clinic at the reception desk in a professional and friendly manner.
Assisting with all inquiries; in person, via email and over the phone for patients and practitioners.
Managing and maintaining clinic diary.
Managing stock levels.
Being committed to assisting the team to provide excellent patient care and actively seeking ways to improve performance and systems.

Qualities we are looking for:

High level of integrity, a people person.
Team player with a strong work ethic.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Well versed in MS Word and Excel, with experience in Health Based software’s an advantage,
Outstanding written and verbal skills and excellent time management skills,
Problem-solving skills, initiative, lateral thinking, multi-tasking and being solution driven.

These part-time roles will vary in hours, including evenings and Saturdays, availability and flexibility during these times is preferred. Reception experience is essential, ideally in the healthcare field.
