Falls and Balance Prevention Program
Whether you need to improve your balance to reduce your risk of falls, or you want to improve your mobility, strength and confidence to keep active, our targeted program will have the right mix of exercises for you.
The program consists of 5 sessions in total and includes an initial individual 1-on-1 balance and falls risk assessment, followed by four, weekly group exercise sessions specifically addressing your problem areas.
Sessions are 45 minutes in length and include balance, strength, mobility and functional exercises along with home exercises to ensure the benefits of the program are sustained.

FAQ
How much does it cost?
Our sessions can be bulk billed for Medicare care plans for physiotherapy. Private health insurance can be claimed using a group class code. Work cover, DVA and TAC clients are all covered.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required to attend, however if you wish to have your classes bulk billed you will need a GP to write you a physiotherapy care plan.
