Hydrotherapy uses the buoyancy properties of water, along with the therapeutic effects of heat to provide a comfortable yet challenging environment to exercise in.
Hydrotherapy has been shown to provide benefits in reducing pain, improving function and independence, and improving joint mobility, strength and balance.
