We welcome all clients from our communities, including but not limited to Private (including with Private health insurance), Sporting, Workcover, TAC, Medicare (EPC) and NDIS.
Tyron has developed an interest in treating shoulder and knee injuries where he has regular contact with specialists to gain excellent rehabilitation outcomes. Tyron has completed further training in areas of interest including; spine injury assessment and management, sporting injuries and rehabilitation, hip and knee osteoarthritis management, shoulder injuries assessment and management, hip and groin injuries and dry needling.
Since graduating from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011 Tyron’s strong interest in sporting injuries has led to him being the team Physio for Williamstown Football Club in the VFL and also consulting Physio for Baseball Victoria Development Academy. Ty has also enjoyed being involved with local footy and athletics clubs and really understands the return to sport requirements.
Tyron conducts musculoskeletal assessments for various injuries and then tailors specific programs to the individuals goals and needs which is beneficial for strengthening, conditioning and injury rehabilitation.
Matt has developed a passion for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries in the general population as well as athletes. He has a particular interest in injuries of the knee, neck and hip which are a professional focus area for him.
Matt is undertaking his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy and has completed further training in dry needling, shoulder injury assessment and management, and spinal rehabilitation. Matt is currently a physiotherapist for Williamstown Football Club in the VFL and worked as the team physiotherapist for the Victoria Women’s team at the NRL National Championships.
During his time in NSW, he was involved with the Newcastle Knights Juniors and Newcastle Jets Youth Teams where he helped facilitate training and rehabilitation programs for young athletes.
Matt is a fitness enthusiast and sports fan outside of clinic hours. He is a strong supporter of the Richmond Tigers and he regularly participates in triathlons.
Eliza has a keen interest in treating knee and lower back injuries. She enjoys working with people of all ages to achieve their goals and continue to live an active life. She enjoys working with team sport athletes including basketball, netball and football being able to draw on her own understanding the specific skills and movement patterns of these sports.
Eliza currently works at La Trobe Sport and Exercise Medicine Research Centre working across various projects primarily focusing on reducing injuries in female footballers, maximising outcomes following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and has previously worked on improving outcomes for individuals with hip pain. Eliza is a physiotherapist for the Western Bulldogs VFLW. Eliza has completed additional qualifications in dry needling and GLAD training and is currently running this program to improve outcomes for people with hip and knee osteoarthritis.
Whilst studying Eliza completed paediatric placements in both Vietnam and India; she completed placements throughout metropolitan melbourne and regional victoria where she enjoyed acute orthopaedics and paediatrics.
Eliza is passionate about team sports and enjoys playing football for Marcellin Old Collegians football outside of the footy. She is a lover of only the best coffee and brunch
Tristan has a strong interest in sport although his passion is not limited to the athletic population, working with clients from all facets including WorkCover and TAC. Tristan has specific training in treating the shoulder, and uses different modes of treatment including dry needling to optimize physical function.
Tristan graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Physiotherapy, following a Bachelor of Sport Science degree at Victoria University. With further training in sporting injuries assessment and management and lower limb tendon injuries.
Experience working in the Oztag State Cup and with Sydney Uni rugby union teams are notable in Tristan’s working career. Personal experience as a semi-professional athlete, playing state league football for Williamstown (VFL) and Sydney University (NEAFL) for more than six years complement his theoretical knowledge and equip him with understanding the physical demands of high level sport.
Mark enjoys treating a range of conditions ranging from chronic pain and arthritis management to acute sporting injuries or post-surgical rehabilitation. He has particular interests in treating neck/back, shoulders and knee pain but has experience in treating all musculoskeletal conditions.
Clinically he has a keen focus on facilitating rehabilitation and injury prevention by prescribing therapeutic exercise in conjunction with manual therapy (massage, manipulation, dry needling, etc.).
Mark is the head Physiotherapist with Werribee Districts Football club and has completed further training in tendon injuries assessment and management.
Mark, a western suburbs local, completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University, graduating with an Executive Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence.
Mark’s history of playing competitive basketball sparked his passion for Physiotherapy, and he has a deep understanding of a client’s perspective on needs and expectations during the rehabilitation process.
Outside of the treatment room, you will find Mark shooting hoops, hiking or riding a motorbike – depending on the weather.
Carleigh is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals with the aim to improve their overall quality of life. She has a particular interest in treating women’s health conditions, spinal presentations, ankles, and acute injuries, however, has experience treating a wide range of issues across the body.
Carleigh can also perform Pre-Pointe Assessments for dancers.
Carleigh has completed further training in Clinical Pilates, dry needling, sporting injury assessment and treatment. Currently, Carleigh is working as team Physiotherapist at Williamstown Soccer Club. In the past, she has worked with local men’s and women’s Aussie Rules football clubs.
Carleigh draws on her experiences to reduce pain and then strengthen the area for a sustainable approach to therapy.
Outside of work hours, you will find Carleigh eating her way through Melbourne’s restaurants one at a time, and travelling once borders open back up! She loves going for a walk and challenging herself at the gym.
Emma has developed an interest in Women’s Health and the rehabilitation of sporting injuries. She has a particular interest in knee and shoulder injuries. Emma enjoys working with both the general population and athletes to achieve their goals and get them back to their sport and/or everyday life.
Emma has undertaken further training and completed her Strength and Conditioning Coach accreditation, Dry Needling course, and Pelvic Girdle Pain for Pregnancy and Beyond course.
Emma has worked with both local and elite sporting clubs, including Carlton’s reserves side in the VFL (previously known as Northern Blues Football Club) and Sandringham Dragon’s Under 18 Girl’s side in the then known TAC Cup.
Outside of work, Emma fills in her spare time by playing netball and football competitively and walking her puppy Douglas whilst sipping on some famous Melbourne coffee.
Maria has a genuine passion for helping all clients to move better. Maria has completed further training in assessing and treating back pain (McGill Method), dry needling and dead lifting. Through her experience, she has developed an interest in treating spinal, hip and knee injuries, as well as women’s health-related conditions.
Before Maria graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Sport Science, she spent time sharpening her tools as a personal trainer. Maria has gained valuable experience utilising movement to empower women to reach theor goals.
To support her patients, Maria draws on her experience playing soccer in the National Premier League Victoria and working alongside professional sporting reams including; Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club, Northern Blues Football Club and Football Federation Victoria.
Outside of the clinic, you will find Maria power lifting in the gym or exploring Melbourne’s best bakeries.
‘Adie’ is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Elite Performance Coach and Rehabilitation Specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with athletes, coaches and managers ranging from a variety of sports, athletes, martial arts, dance professionals, state and national athletes, corporate clients, high-profile clientele and the general public.
He develops specific rehabilitation and chronic disease training programs, sport specific training techniques, elite training sessions and specific educational programs for a huge variety of sports, coached and athletes Australia wide.
Adie is dedicated to helping as many people as possible with their health to enable them to live their best lives. Specialising in Chronis Disease management, injury, nutrition and recovery methods.
Adrian offers training workshops to individuals, gym members, athletes, fitness professionals and sporting clubs. Providing the opportunity for all to learn from one of Australia’s leading fitness, health, performance and training professionals.
Jessee graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Dietetic practice in 2019 and a Bachelor of Human Nutrition with honours in 2017. Jessee is an accredited practicing dietitian is passionate about helping clients build a healthy relationship with food while working together to improve their health and overall wellbeing. She focuses on working as a team to assist them in achieving their nutrition goals.
In her spare time you will find her in a muay thai gym or at a weekend market with a coffee in hand. In commencing a new sport this year, Jessee has developed an interest in the importance of nutrition pre and post exercise.
She has experience working as a clinical dietitian working in Regional Victorian hospital on the surgical ward managing conditions such as malnutrition, gastrointestinal disorders, wound healing, high output stomas, chronic conditions and more.
Completing her placements in Melbourne, Bendigo and Werribee, she gained experience working with people with chronic disease conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, gestational diabetes and providing advice on general healthy eating.
Ally graduated in 2014 with an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy from the Australian College of Sports Therapy and works with the Symmetry Physiotherapy team at Altona Meadows and Hoppers Crossing Clinics.
Throughout her time studying Ally has gained significant experience at Williamstown Football Club in the VFL, as the lead myotherapist and with a variety of clubs within the WRFL. This has allowed Ally to work one on one, on and off the field with the footballers and fellow health and fitness staff.
Ally has a keen interest in the management of headaches and chronic back pain. She has also gained a lot of experience in dry needling, cupping and the management of sports related injuries.
