Tyron has developed an interest in treating shoulder and knee injuries where he has regular contact with specialists to gain excellent rehabilitation outcomes. Tyron has completed further training in areas of interest including; spine injury assessment and management, sporting injuries and rehabilitation, hip and knee osteoarthritis management, shoulder injuries assessment and management, hip and groin injuries and dry needling.
Since graduating from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011 Tyron’s strong interest in sporting injuries has led to him being the team Physio for Williamstown Football Club in the VFL and also consulting Physio for Baseball Victoria Development Academy. Ty has also enjoyed being involved with local footy and athletics clubs and really understands the return to sport requirements.
Tyron conducts musculoskeletal assessments for various injuries and then tailors specific programs to the individuals goals and needs which is beneficial for strengthening, conditioning and injury rehabilitation.
Tristan has a strong interest in sport although his passion is not limited to the athletic population, working with clients from all facets including WorkCover and TAC. Tristan has specific training in treating the shoulder, and uses different modes of treatment including dry needling to optimize physical function.
Tristan graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Physiotherapy, following a Bachelor of Sport Science degree at Victoria University. With further training in sporting injuries assessment and management and lower limb tendon injuries.
Experience working in the Oztag State Cup and with Sydney Uni rugby union teams are notable in Tristan’s working career. Personal experience as a semi-professional athlete, playing state league football for Williamstown (VFL) and Sydney University (NEAFL) for more than six years complement his theoretical knowledge and equip him with understanding the physical demands of high level sport.
Carleigh is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals with the aim to improve their overall quality of life. She has a particular interest in treating women’s health conditions, spinal presentations, ankles, and acute injuries, however, has experience treating a wide range of issues across the body.
Carleigh can also perform Pre-Pointe Assessments for dancers.
Carleigh has completed further training in Clinical Pilates, dry needling, sporting injury assessment and treatment. Currently, Carleigh is working as team Physiotherapist at Williamstown Soccer Club. In the past, she has worked with local men’s and women’s Aussie Rules football clubs.
Carleigh draws on her experiences to reduce pain and then strengthen the area for a sustainable approach to therapy.
Outside of work hours, you will find Carleigh eating her way through Melbourne’s restaurants one at a time, and travelling once borders open back up! She loves going for a walk and challenging herself at the gym.
Emma has developed an interest in Women’s Health and the rehabilitation of sporting injuries. She has a particular interest in knee and shoulder injuries. Emma enjoys working with both the general population and athletes to achieve their goals and get them back to their sport and/or everyday life.
Emma has undertaken further training and completed her Strength and Conditioning Coach accreditation, Dry Needling course, and Pelvic Girdle Pain for Pregnancy and Beyond course.
Emma has worked with both local and elite sporting clubs, including Carlton’s reserves side in the VFL (previously known as Northern Blues Football Club) and Sandringham Dragon’s Under 18 Girl’s side in the then known TAC Cup.
Outside of work, Emma fills in her spare time by playing netball and football competitively and walking her puppy Douglas whilst sipping on some famous Melbourne coffee.
Aimee has a keen interest in sporting injury prevention and rehabilitation. Aimee also is passionate about working with clients to help achieve their short and long-term functional goals.
Aimee completed a Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, following a Bachelor of Biomedicine. Aimee has undertaken further training in sporting injury management and completed the ‘Physiotherapy Exercise and Physical Activity for Knee Osteoarthritis’ (PEAK) Program.
Aimee has worked as a sports trainer with both local and elite football, including Western Bulldogs AFL/VFL, Casey Demons VFL and local teams competing in the Western Region Football League (WRFL).
Outside of the clinic, Aimee likes to spend her time stand up paddle boarding and exploring local towns searching for quirky cafes. Aimee is a one eye Collingwood supporter and plays competitive Netball.
Michael is passionate about helping people from all background and fitness levels live a healthy lifestyle not just be free from injury. He is a keen interest in lower back pain and arthritis management.
Michael graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University after having completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science also at La Trobe. He has experience in neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehab, paediatrics, and aged care. Prior to physiotherapy he works as a personal trainer and has a particular interest in strength and weight training to help prevent and manage injuries.
Outside of his physio work, Michael enjoys staying fit through rock climbing, cycling, swimming and going to the gym.
‘Adie’ is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Elite Performance Coach and Rehabilitation Specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with athletes, coaches and managers ranging from a variety of sports, athletes, martial arts, dance professionals, state and national athletes, corporate clients, high-profile clientele and the general public.
He develops specific rehabilitation and chronic disease training programs, sport specific training techniques, elite training sessions and specific educational programs for a huge variety of sports, coached and athletes Australia wide.
Adie is dedicated to helping as many people as possible with their health to enable them to live their best lives. Specialising in Chronis Disease management, injury, nutrition and recovery methods.
Adrian offers training workshops to individuals, gym members, athletes, fitness professionals and sporting clubs. Providing the opportunity for all to learn from one of Australia’s leading fitness, health, performance and training professionals.
Brady graduated from RMIT as a Myotherapist in 2018. Brady has worked alongside the Western Bulldogs AFL Club for the 2017 season for his work placement as well as being selected as a practitioner for the 2018 AFL NAB rising stars draft pick.
Through his sporting pursuits, Brady cultivated a passion for how the body works and moves. It was this passion, coupled with a serious hamstring injury, that led Brady to a career as a massage therapist and soon to a career in myotherapy.
Brady is passionate about health and wellbeing and prides himself on a friendly and nurturing approach to his clients. He is thorough with a well-developed eye for detail, and he tailors each treatment to suit his client’s needs. Brady uses a range of treatment methods to achieve optimal outcomes for his clients.
