ABOUT OLIVIA

Olivia Battaglia is a physiotherapist at Symmetry Physiotherapy, working across the Altona Meadows and Hoppers Crossing clinics. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Movement Science and a Master of Physiotherapy from Victoria University, bringing a strong foundation in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy to her practice.

Olivia has a particular interest in sporting injuries, especially knee conditions having experienced them first hand herself. Since 2022, she has worked as a physiotherapist with Werribee VFL and holds a role with Point Cook Football Club, where she collaborates closely with the high-performance team on diagnosis, rehabilitation, and return-to-play protocols.

Her exposure to the biomechanics lab at Victoria University sparked a deep interest in the role of data and biomechanics in sporting performance and injury prevention. Outside of work, Olivia is passionate about sport, enjoys playing tennis and netball, and loves supporting the Western Bulldogs.
