Bhoomi Dalal
Physiotherapy
Bhoomi is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Prior to arriving in Australia, Bhoomi worked in private practice in India, where she gained valuable experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She has worked with a diverse range of sporting athletes, including swimmers, marathon runners, badminton, cricket, and soccer players. During this time, she developed a keen interest in the role of water in rehabilitation programs, leading her to pursue further training as an Aquatic Physiotherapist.
Driven by her love for sports and a desire to expand her knowledge and skills, Bhoomi pursued a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy at Curtin University. Her studies and practical experience provided her with a deep understanding of sports-related injuries and the specific needs of athletes. She has worked as an on-field physiotherapist for a National Premier League (NPL) soccer team, and the Australian Basketball Championship representing Queensland . Additionally, she trained and worked at the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA). Currently, Bhoomi serves as a physiotherapist for the senior women’s team at the Point Cook Soccer Club.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Bhoomi enjoys exploring new places in Melbourne, spending time with her family and friends, engaging in craftwork, playing badminton and cricket. Her strong interest in sport extends to her professional life, where she finds fulfillment in treating athletes and individuals from various patient populations, helping them achieve their goals. Bhoomi has developed expertise in treating lower limb injuries, shoulder injuries, and spinal pain cases. She takes a holistic approach to treatment by incorporating manual therapy, dry needling, and taping techniques into her practice, designing individualized home-exercise and gym programs tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
She is dedicated to going above and beyond to help her patients achieve their goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach.

Man Seung (Nathan) Kim
Physiotherapy
Nathan is a senior physiotherapist with extensive experience in treating a wide range of acute and chronic injuries. He has completed a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University in 2012 and has gained a strong interest and skillset for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, in particular, spinal and shoulder injuries which often persist without proper treatment.
Nathan has a great reputation in these areas and is renowned for delivering dedicated care for patients with persistent pain and injuries. In addition to his physiotherapy degree, Nathan also has a bachelor’s degree in sports education in Korea. This has added to Nathan’s comprehensive experience and knowledge in utilising exercises into rehabilitation programs which ensures the best possible outcomes and prevention of re-injury in the long term.

Navya Nayak
Physiotherapy
Navya possesses a keen interest in the management of musculoskeletal conditions, complemented by her expertise in addressing sports injuries and also designing customized exercise regimens aimed at preventing sporting injuries. She is passionate about treating clients with spinal and knee injuries. She has experience working at a private clinic in Melbourne where she also used her expertise as an On-field Physiotherapist for Gaelic Games Victoria broadening her experience.
After working for 4 years at an orthopedic and sports clinic in India, Navya went on to earn her Master’s in Clinical Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) at Curtin University in Perth. Her academic journey intersected with practical experience as she served as a trainer and physiotherapist for an amateur football club in Perth.
Her approach to treatment encompasses manual therapy techniques like soft tissue release, joint mobilization, and dry needling, combined with personalized home exercise programs tailored to individual injuries, objectives, and time constraints. She also likes involving clinical pilates in the rehabilitation protocol and she has also trained women during their pre/post-natal phase.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Navya enjoys staying active through workouts and bushwalking.

Adrian Rodrigues
Exercise Physiologist
‘Adie’ is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Elite Performance Coach and Rehabilitation Specialist with over 20 years’ experience working with athletes, coaches and managers ranging from a variety of sports, athletes, martial arts, dance professionals, state and national athletes, corporate clients, high-profile clientele and the general public.
He develops specific rehabilitation and chronic disease training programs, sport specific training techniques, elite training sessions and specific educational programs for a huge variety of sports, coached and athletes Australia wide.
Adie is dedicated to helping as many people as possible with their health to enable them to live their best lives. Specialising in Chronis Disease management, injury, nutrition and recovery methods.
Adrian offers training workshops to individuals, gym members, athletes, fitness professionals and sporting clubs. Providing the opportunity for all to learn from one of Australia’s leading fitness, health, performance and training professionals.

Felicia Osorio Schwarz
Exercise Physiologist
Known for her bubbly and caring nature, Felicia is most passionate about empowering and supporting people improve their quality of life through movement.
She has training experience in dance, martial arts, cycling, strength training, and sprint training, giving her knowledge in different settings. Working as a coach, her experience has seen her working with children and adults, both in groups and one-on-one settings.
She is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Exercise Scientist (AES), with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, and Bachelor of Exercise Science (Sport Practice).
Felicia will never turn down the opportunity for coffee and brunch and loves to get out in nature. She also loves a good animation movie, especially Disney movies and could recite you most of the songs. She believes exercise and movement looks different for everyone and is life-giving, particularly as we age.

Lucas Nardella
Exercise Physiologist
Lucas is an enthusiastic, determined and encouraging accredited Exercise Physiologist, Exercise Scientist and Personal Trainer that thrives to create specific goals to meet your everyday needs and accomplish them to reach your optimal potential. Lucas specialises in a variety of fields, including musculoskeletal injuries (particularly shoulder and hip), various disabilities, cardiopulmonary diseases, pre/post natal, metabolic diseases (eg. diabetes) and mental health.
Lucas had a very successful local football career before injuries impacted him. He uses his learnt experience and motive to assist those who are experiencing difficulties at a sporting level or everyday life. With over 5 years of running his own business, Lucas has assisted over 80 various clients while witnessing improvements in weight loss (eg. 58 year-old female lost 6.6kg in six months), strength gains (eg. 21 year-old male with cerebral palsy squatting 130kg after nine months of training) and reducing the risk of heart diseases (eg. 52 year-old female’s blood pressure reduced from 155/93mmHg to 135/88mmHg within eight months of cardio and strength training) among many other improvements.
Lucas is a husband and new dad who loves quality time with family and friends. Lucas loves watching and playing sport, and supports the Western Bulldogs- Go dogs!

Corey Drakos
Exercise Physiologist

Corey has developed a strong foundation in evidence-based exercise rehabilitation and health behaviour change. He has worked with children and adults in both individual and group settings, supporting clients with musculoskeletal, cardiac, and pulmonary conditions, and delivering strength-based programs in gym settings.
Corey is passionate about empowering clients to improve their overall health and wellbeing, with a strong focus on building confidence, self-efficacy and sustainable lifestyle habits through tailored exercise and education. His background also includes experience as a tennis coach, allowing him to bring an engaging, supportive and practical approach to movement and performance.
