Sara enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She has a hands on approach to treatment and a strong focus on education and rehabilitation to prevent future injury. She aims to ensure her patients completely understand their injury and how to improve their health and function in the long term. Sara is an educator / mentor for new physiotherapists and enjoys contributing to their clinical development.
Sara has a special interest in treating acute and chronic headache and migraine conditions. She has undertaken several professional development courses in the area. In line with current research on headache and migraine conditions, Sara believes the neck is often incorrectly overlooked as a significant contributor to the condition. She is committed to accurately identifying problems in the cervical spine and applying an appropriate treatment intervention to reduce reliance on medications and significantly improve the quality of life for her patients.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys gardening, live music and cooking. She has recently started to dabble in sprint Triathlons.
